    Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on post or finding a home off-post within the community.

    • Once you have orders to move, contact The Housing Services Office (305) 293-4466. They can answer all of your housing questions and provide services such as referrals, resolving tenant-landlord disputes, and guidance for entering lease agreements.

    NAS Key West On Base Housing

    • The Unaccompanied Housing Office can be reached at (305) 293-4127.

    • NAS Key West on-base homes are privatized and operated by Balfour Beatty Communities (305) 292-5590, which offers single family and townhomes based on rank and family size. Home amenities may include: washer/dryer hookups and fully equipped kitchens. The community amenities include: playgrounds and tot-lots.
